According to statistics, if you practice transcendental meditation, then it’s reducing the need for drugs that are intended to lower blood pressure for 23 percent.
The survey showed that 150 respondents (who were surveyed, and who had high blood pressure) are decreased blood pressure due to regular transcendental meditation.
