• sit with closed eyes. Relax the muscles, starting from the feet, through the legs, body and the neck to the face. Breath through the nose ( except if you can’t breath through the nose). During you breath out, repeat in yourself the word ” One ” or ” Peace” of any other short word. Repeat that 10-20 minutes.
• Breathe slowly and deep through the nose, pumping the stomach until you’re doing that.
• Count till 4. Then relax the muscles on the shoulders and the neck, breath out slowly and comfortable, counting till 6. Repeat this 4-5 times to remove the tension.
