If your job ask long sitting, if you’re watching TV by hours or you often travel on long paths, insist to walk 5-10 minutes on every one and a half hour or two hours. During you’re sitting, make some exercises that accelerates the circulation, like there are some deep breaths, stretching of the legs , bending on the feet or toes of the feet and constriction of the muscles of the stomach and thighs.
If your hands swell, stretch your arms over your head and open and then tighten the hands.
