Ice Cream Of Beer – A Recipe That You Enjoy!
- 250 g milk chocolate, chopped
- 250 ml milk
- 100 g sugar
- Pinch of salt
- 4 egg yolks
- 250 ml cooking cream
- 180 ml dark beer optionally
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Chocolate has less broken pieces, place in a bowl and put it on a larger strainer.
In another bowl of moderate temperature heat the milk with sugar and a little salt.
