For 60 seconds, relax your neck !
This is a trick in three steps in 60 seconds which will relax the neck.
- With fingers find the sore spot on your neck so that you use the right hand, if the pain is on the right side, or left hand, if the pain is on the left side.
- With your fingers, press the sore spot. The pain must be intense, but durable. If you are unable to tap better the place instead of fingers use an object.
- Head slowly turn the opposite of the painful side, lean and stretch diagonally, as with your jaw want to tap armpit. Hold in this position for 10 seconds and then relax.
This way you make pressure on the painful muscle, and the pressure gradually relax.
Repeat the procedure 10 times in a row.
This will reduce the unpleasant pain, but if repeated in the coming days, visit a doctor.
