Exercises for solid and lift buttocks !
For the first two exercises for the butt, if you have a wooden floor, you can use ordinary cloth. If you exercise on a carpet, use a plastic lid / plate.
Beginners are advised to do 6-8 reps (first to the right, so left foot), while the more advanced can do 20 repetitions.
The following three exercises for the butt, do 10-20 repetitions with each leg, depending on fitness.
