Choose The Right Recreation During The Pregnancy
Choose the type of exercises that suit you.
Carryon with the exercises that you are accustomed. It’s not recomended to start doing new sport during the pregnancy.
Exercises that you can practise during the pregnancy:
• Fast walking
• Swimming in a shallow water, not so hot neither so cold
• Ride your bike with moderate effort and moderate speed
• Exercising and aerobic in water by special programs for the pregnant women
• Strengthening of the pelvic floor muscles
• Routine recreation
