Chocolate Muffins With Yogurt!
- 200 grams of chocolate (half dark, half milk)
- 125 ml. oil
- 125 ml. yogurt
- 200g sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 200g flour
- 1 baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 180 degrees and place the molds for baking paper molds .
Melt the chocolate in a bowl over boiling water (or microwave) and add the melted chocolate ¼ of the oil. In another bowl add the remaining quarter of the oil with the yogurt, sugar, eggs and vanilla extract and mix together until the mixture.
