Avoid Sweets. They Are Nothing But Big Trouble
The white sugar is not just worthless but also can be deleterious.
Except teeth bleeding, there can be induced and diabetes, heart difficulty, depression and in some cases hyperactivity. Maybe the worst thing is that the sugar is in the food that is dietetic totally worthless : sweets and cookies made by white flour and totally unhealthy fats. The artificial sweeteners are questioned as a substitute for whole sugar, partly because they are found in food that is not quite healthiest. Replace the sugar with fruit and fruit concentrates.
They are almost equally sweet as the sugar and contain both more vitamins and some quantity of minerals.
