- 1,5kg fresh apricots
- 1kg sugar
- 200ml apple juice
- 1 more lemon
- Slice butter
Step 1: Wash apricots and clean seeds. Chop them into pieces, put them in a pot and add the juice. Cook until the mixture boil, then reduce the heat and simmer the mixture for 10 minutes until apricots are not softened.
Step 2: In the mixture add sugar and juice of 1 lemon and stir. Allow to boil over medium heat for 20 minutes.
Step 3: Remove the pot from the fire, so the hot jam add the piece of butter, stir well and allow the mixture to cool down (10-15 minutes). Thus prepared lamina jam into hot jars, Slide them and allow them to dark and cold place.
