3 quick training exercises at home !
Rich holiday meals, active socializing and celebrating with a glass of alcohol in hand reflect negatively on the figure. Flat tummy gets rounder shape, and other muscles do not look so as tinted earlier.
Of course, amid festive celebrations of all we lack motivation to join a fitness gym, although perhaps the New Year we have promised that regular exercise will be our everyday lives. Well, the best way to put an end to its passivity holiday and stay in shape fast training at home.
It does not need much effort nor time, to maintain its body. Separate less than 20 minutes for the following three exercises and will be able to go through the holiday season without unwanted muscle relaxation and loss of attractive body shape.
This exercise you can do while you are watching your favorite series or during commercials. Immediately you feel strengthen the muscles in the waist.
Instructions: Lie on your right side, so that your legs are in a straight line. Extend your right hand and rely on her head. Start to lift both legs toward the ceiling while keeping your ankles together, and toes directed forward (see picture). Slowly lower your legs to the floor.
