10 Exercises For Beautiful Legs !
Many women have complexes because their feet. If you are hesitant to put favorite short dress for the appearance of the feet, start to harden using the following exercises:
1. Stand up straight. Feet need to be with a span equal to the width of the hips. Extend your arms forward at shoulder height, to maintain balance. Start crouching down down. Make sure your knees do not exceed the tips of the toes. Buttocks should degrading to the floor and back to hold straight.
Yield little hold in this position for 5 seconds, then yield a little, hold 5 seconds and crouch third time (buttocks and upper legs are parallel to the floor), again stopping in this position for 5 seconds. While uncurl up, tighten the buttocks. Repeat this exercise 8 times.
The muscles of the buttocks and thighs benefit most from this exercise.
2.Bend your knees slightly and lean your body to the side lev. With the right foot set shot in the air (see picture). Return to the first position and jump in place. Then repeat kick, and jump again in place.
Do 15 reps with the right and with 15 lev leg.
Besides strong legs, this exercise will bring solid butt.
3.Stand upright and place your hands behind your head. Feet need to be in the width of the hips. Kneel to the point where your knees formed an angle of 90 °. Turn the upper body to the right side (as shown in the picture). Then jump. While the jump, turn upper body to lev side and stand on your feet in the kneeling position.
Repeat alternating jumps (first left or right) for a period of 20-30 seconds.
This exercise will strengthen your leg muscles, buttocks and side abdominal muscles.
